Terms & Conditions – eeeph Online Gaming Platform

1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and eeeph ("eeeph," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform available at eeeph.org. By accessing, registering an account on, or otherwise using the eeeph platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be unconditionally bound by them.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by eeeph, including but not limited to live casino games, slot machine games, bingo rooms, sports betting, promotional offers, and the eeeph Rewards loyalty programme. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the eeeph platform.

eeeph reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on eeeph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. In accordance with Philippine law and responsible gaming standards, eeeph strictly prohibits access to its gambling services by persons under the age of 21.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time you access the platform and place bets.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is specifically prohibited by statute or regulation.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of eeeph or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You may hold only one (1) eeeph account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension or termination of all accounts and forfeiture of associated balances.

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

eeeph operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") regulations. eeeph reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time, including but not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's licence, or national ID)
• Proof of address issued within the last three (3) months
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g. GCash account screenshot, bank statement)
• A selfie with the Player holding their valid ID

eeeph may suspend withdrawal privileges and restrict account access pending completion of KYC verification. Players are required to cooperate fully and promptly with all verification requests. Failure to provide adequate documentation within thirty (30) days of the request may result in account suspension.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your eeeph account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

eeeph will treat any activity carried out using your account credentials as authorised by you, unless you have previously notified us of a security breach. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact eeeph support immediately via the 24/7 live chat service on the platform.

eeeph employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmitted through the platform. However, eeeph cannot be held liable for unauthorised access arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

5. Deposits and Payments

All monetary transactions on the eeeph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). eeeph supports the following payment methods for deposits: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven over-the-counter payments, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph.

The following deposit conditions apply:

• Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction in the eeeph cashier.
• Deposits are generally credited to the Player's eeeph account within sixty (60) seconds of confirmation from the payment provider. eeeph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or bank processing times.
• eeeph does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposits made to eeeph are for gaming purposes only. eeeph reserves the right to reverse a deposit if it believes the deposit was made in error or in connection with fraudulent activity.

6. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their available account balance (real-money balance, excluding uncleared bonus funds) subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's KYC verification must be complete before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in the Player's own name. eeeph does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal requests for verified accounts via GCash and Maya are typically processed within five (5) minutes. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) banking business day.
• eeeph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected.
• Players are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies imposed on their winnings by applicable Philippine law.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

eeeph offers promotional bonuses and rewards to registered Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms applicable to each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Unless otherwise stated, real-money funds are wagered before bonus funds.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Players only and may be claimed once per household, device, or IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• eeeph reserves the right to void any bonus or winnings obtained through what it determines to be bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts or structured betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms.
• All bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonuses will be removed from the account without compensation.

8. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the eeeph platform are governed by the official rules of the respective game provider. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, eeeph's platform logs shall be the sole authoritative record for determining the outcome of bets. eeeph is not liable for losses resulting from network interruptions on the Player's end.

Live casino game results are determined by certified dealers and certified random event generators operated by licensed game studios. Slot game outcomes are determined by independent certified RNG systems. RTP (Return to Player) figures for all games are published in each game's information panel.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the eeeph platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account (multi-accounting)
• Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to place bets or interact with the platform
• Colluding with other Players or exploiting dealer errors in live casino games
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity (money laundering)
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent identity information
• Chargeback fraud — initiating a chargeback with a payment provider after funds have been used for gambling
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal
• Allowing minors (persons under 21) to use your eeeph account

10. Responsible Gaming

eeeph is committed to responsible gaming and the protection of vulnerable players. eeeph provides the following tools, accessible from the account settings panel at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds per defined period
• Session Time Limits: Automatic reminders and session cut-offs

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, eeeph and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of the eeeph platform, whether based on contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory.

eeeph's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

eeeph does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance and emergency technical work may result in temporary service unavailability.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the eeeph platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and data compilations — is owned by or licensed to eeeph and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the eeeph platform without prior written authorisation from eeeph.

13. Privacy

eeeph collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy describes what data eeeph collects, how it is used, stored, and shared, and your rights in relation to your personal data under applicable Philippine data privacy laws.

14. Amendments

eeeph reserves the right to amend, modify, or supplement these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, eeeph will notify Players via the registered email address or through a platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Your continued use of the eeeph platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any available balance by contacting eeeph support.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent eeeph from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent damage to its systems or operations.
